For employers, we carry out the process of searching for and selecting workers, meaning, workforce, collecting information about jobseekers for the employer’s needs, the pre-selection and selection process for potential candidates, and submitting proposals to the employer of selected jobseekers whose professional and other work skills best suit the employer’s needs, in accordance with mediation agreement with established conditions.

For jobseekers

For jobseekers, we offer the service of searching for employers who need a specific workforce, and we participate in employment mediation procedures. All jobseekers participate in the selection of job candidates, and we forward their data to interested employers.
